Hello Collaboration Families,
May begins next week which means we only have three full weeks left until the Collaboration Cabin Store! The students are so excited and are creating incredibly fun products. We are enjoying watching them be creative and collaborative. Store Projects: May 17th is fast approaching! Students are beginning to create their products this week. Please start inviting friends and family to join in on the shopping. Even if they don’t buy items, it helps the students to learn and it gives an air of busyness to the sales night. If you know that your child cannot be present on the 17th, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help their team plan for their absence. In ELA, students are choosing the side of the argument that they believe in and have started to research that side more deeply. In Social Studies, students are finishing their skits. Skit performances will be on Monday and Tuesday. In Math, students are learning about multiplying decimals right now we are learning to multiply by whole numbers. Next week we will be taking our assessment on these concepts. In Science, we are finishing our space unit and moving into our unit on chemistry.
